Method:
- Heat the Oil in the Non stick pan and saute the onions until the raw smell goes away.
- Add the chopped Bell Pepper slices into the pan and fry them for 3 min.
- Add the All Purpose Flour to the vegetables in the pan and fry for 2 min.
- Add the Milk to the Pan and mix it with vegetables until it becomes thick.
- Turn Off the Heat and set aside for cool.
- Take a medium wide bowl, and add the cookie crumbs and add the Bread Slice and mix it well. To this add the Vegetable Mixture.
- Add salt, black pepper, Red Chili Powder in the order. then mix all the ingredients the bowl very well along with cilantro.
- Keep this mixture in the fridge for 10 to 15 min. (so that it becomes little hard).

Try this Quick Recipe and Win your Better Half's Heart during the Holidays... ;-)
Tips:
- You can use Krack jack or 50/50 or any brand salt cookies.
- For the variation, you can replace the bread with1/2 cup paneer (cottage cheese) for the creamy taste.
- you can add green chili for some more kick.
- Shallow Fry takes more time and tests patience. If you are in hurry and don't mind some oil, you can deep fry them for that superb tasty crispy rolls.
- I have served these with Chili Garlic Sauce and they are a super hit.
