Purple Sweet Potatoes



These days my eye is catching lot of purple things purple saree, purple bow for my daughter, purple folders at work and these purple sweet potatoes at Sprouts Store. I have experimented with several Purple Foods lately, why not add one more to the Purple Collection! I have boiled these purple sweet potatoes with some salt, and they tasted great. For today it is just the picture. Njoy!

      It's not very sweet like the orange sweet potato, but very flavorful like the one in India!
