My Dear Non-veg lovers take off your eye from our veg protein dish, I don't blame you, I am sure it looks tempting and delicious. Come and join us to explore more vegetarian dishes.

Serving Tip:  Serve this hot over long grain rice or over veg noodles. If you want to make it like wet you can add some coconut milk. before adding tofu.

Hint:   I always buy the Organic Extra Firm TOFU, so that TOFU looks firm in your dishes and does not get mushed up easily while cooking. I have used only 1/2 block of 12 oz container. To store remaining TOFU always put in a container with full of water and put in the middle rack in the fridge.
