Multigrain Omelet Wrap {Video Recipes}

Today I am presenting a simple and protein filled power breakfast that is perfect for your morning rush times, so no excuses to skip breakfast! This is made with simple ingredients, very easy to make and can be done in 10 minutes. Don't believe, check the Video! Here is the recipe, Njoy!

Multigrain Wrap - 1 ( I have used Flat out wrap or you can use Roti/Chapati)
Egg - 1
Green Bell Pepper - 1 Tbsp
Red Bell Pepper - 1 Tbsp
Olive Oil - 1 tsp
Salt - 1/2 tsp
Black Pepper - 1/4 tsp
Salsa - 1 Tbsp
Cheese -  1 Tbsp

  1. Heat the Nonstick pan and add Olive Oil to it. Once the Oil is hot, add chopped bell peppers and saute them for 1 min.
  2. Break and whisk egg in a small bowl and add salt and Black Pepper and whisk it more. Once the bell peppers are sauted, pour egg mixture in to pan. Let it cook for 2 min and flip it cook on other side for 1 min. Now Omelet is ready.
  3. Place the Omelet on the Flatout Wrap, add Salsa on top, add half of cheese on it and start rolling the wrap/roti and at the end add remaining cheese ( that helps to seal the wrap). 
  4. Heat this wrap on nonstick pan for 1 min on two sides for cheese to melt and seal the wrap. Cut into half and serve with some fruit or veggie on the side. 

This is a perfect breakfast for Gran-on-the-Go time, you can eat it in the car or pack it for mid morning snack as this is a mess free grub.
