Kale Chips (5 Ingredient Recipes)

These Bright Kale Chips are crunchier than Potato Chips. Since I heard good things about Kale trying all sought of recipes with it. One of my colleagues told me several times how much he liked these Kale Chips when his daughter made them. As the recipe is so simple and most of the work is done by Oven (esp I like it on Sundays) I gave it a try this weekend. And the end result is superb and i didn't expect the Kale can turn into this tasty crunchy chips. I have been adding them on Salads, Noodles and Pastas and munching on them just like chips.... as they sure crunch in your mouth... Here is the recipe, NjoY!
Kale Chips
Kale - 1 Bunch ( or 3 Cups)
kosher salt - 1 tsp (you can use normal salt as well)
Black Pepper - 1/2 tsp
Lime Juice - 1 tsp
Olive Oil - 1 Tbsp


  1. Pre-Heat the Oven at 350F.
  2. Remove the Kale leaves from stems and wash them and set in colander for 15 min.
  3. In a small bowl add Olive Oil, salt, black pepper and lime juice.
  4. Toss the Kale with this dressing and arrange them on baking sheet.
  5. Bake them for 20 min. Turn off the Oven and let the chips cool.

And start munching on these healthy crunch..... Hmm Yummm!
