Open Faced Omelet Sandwich

I would call this recipe as 'Mommy and Kids Happy Morning Moments', Yes! no more arguments on this yummy yet protein filled  breakfast which serves 1 serving of vegetables. Best Part is kids does not know about that. Try this recipe and make your morning happy.

Ingredients:
15 Grain Bread - 1 slice
Egg - 1
Onions - 1 Tbsp
Tomato -  1/2 medium
Bell Pepper - 1 Tbsp
Cheese Cube or Slice - 1
Black Pepper - 1/4 tsp
Oil - 1 tsp

Preparation:
1. Take a Omelet Pan and heat the oil
2. Saute the chopped onions, after add the bell pepper and saute for 2 more min
3. Then add the chopped tomatoes to the pan
4. Mean while break the egg in bowl and whisk it, add black pepper and whisk some more
5. Then bring all vegetables in the pan together and pour the egg mixture on top the vegetables
6. Once the Omelet start forming, and egg is well done and add the crumbled cheese on top
7. Now make a sqaure shape bringing the mixture together, once the cheese smothered ( starts melting) top with the Bread Slice and Press gently and evenly.
8. After 1 minute carefully turn the Bread along with the egg mixture to other side and let it cook for 2 min ( or until the bread gets roasted)
9. Turn off the heat and transfer the egg sandwich to plate and cut them into slices and serve them hot.
10. Yum! Yum! Yum! Bread Sandwich is ready in minutes to bring you a happy morning.



My picky eaters finished this yummy breakfast in minutes made my morning happy. Give it a try and Enjoy!!!!
