3 min Kova / Mawa in microwave - few minute wonders
Today I am going to reveal a super duper easy Kova recipe that can be ready in just 3 minutes. Actually today I am all set to make Pumpkin Halwa, where I wanted to top the Halwa with Grated Kova for special taste and effects! That's how I ended up making this few minute wonder, Kova in microwave! Here is the recipe, pin it for future, njoy!
Dry Milk Powder - 1 cup ( I have used carnation brand)
Heavy Cream - 1 cup
- Mix Dry Milk Powder and Cream in a microwave safe bowl, so that no lumps are formed.
- Microwave the mixture for 1 min and take it out and mix well. Then again microwave it for 1 min and mix well.
- Now you will notice it becomes thick. Next microwave in 30 sec intervals for 2 times and mix it well.
- At the end of 3 min, you will get thick Kova like consistency. Let it cool outside for 30 minutes. Then it becomes firm and acquires perfect Kova consistency. Make that as a Ball and save it in freezer for upto 3 months. It will be handy to use it any desserts in no time.
